News

The News page allows authorized users to search for news items that have been set up for display on the Dashboard page under News. Authorized users can also create and maintain the news items that display on the Dashboard page. In addition to text, images and attachments can be included with the news item. The user enters dates that define when the news item's headline first appears on the Dashboard page and when the news item stops appearing.

Each row displays the following information:

• Title

• Status

• Access Level

• Start Date

• End Date

Data can be filtered by the following options:

• Search

• News Status

• News Access Level

• Show Ended? checkbox
